I manage engineering teams and architect JavaScript based products using primarily React, Node, and GraphQL. My goal for any project is to facilitate thoughtful planning, put together an effective team, and invest in a culture that emphasizes quality, autonomy, and balance. Teams like this yield products that are designed best for the problem at hand, excel in user experience, and (last but not least) allow for iteration.
